Daniel Torres, t\u00e9cnico de Seguridad Ciudadana de la Municipalidad Provincial de Pasco, inform\u00f3 que aproximadamente a las 5:30 p.m. un ciudadano que transitaba por el jir\u00f3n Diamante, cerca del parque El Minero, alert\u00f3 sobre la presencia de un hombre tendido en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica con una herida en la cabeza. El personal acudi\u00f3 al lugar y traslad\u00f3 al herido a\u00fan con vida a la posta m\u00e9dica de Uliach\u00edn, donde el m\u00e9dico de turno indic\u00f3 que presentaba signos vitales d\u00e9biles; sin embargo, minutos despu\u00e9s se certific\u00f3 su fallecimiento.
