dirigentes y trabajadores del sector p\u00fablico, as\u00ed como promover una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica m\u00e1s articulada y eficiente en las regiones, la Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Civil \u2013 SERVIR desarroll\u00f3 una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n y asistencia t\u00e9cnica dirigida a sindicatos p\u00fablicos de Loreto, en el marco de su estrategia \u201cDi\u00e1logo Social para SERVIR\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta actividad busca consolidar un espacio permanente de coordinaci\u00f3n entre SERVIR y las principales organizaciones sindicales del pa\u00eds, promoviendo consensos, fortaleciendo la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva e impulsando una cultura de di\u00e1logo t\u00e9cnico, participativo y descentralizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la jornada, el gerente general de SERVIR abord\u00f3 temas clave para los trabajadores del sector p\u00fablico, como el proceso de nombramiento del personal bajo el r\u00e9gimen del Decreto Legislativo N.\u00b0 276 en las municipalidades del pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como la elaboraci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n del Cuadro para Asignaci\u00f3n de Personal (CAP), el CAP Provisional y el Manual de Clasificador de Cargos (MCC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 a invitaci\u00f3n de la Federaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores Municipales de Loreto \u2013 FETRAMUN Loreto, con el apoyo de la Federaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores Municipales del Per\u00fa \u2013 FETRAMUNP y de la Confederaci\u00f3n Intersectorial de Trabajadores Estatales del Per\u00fa \u2013 CITE Per\u00fa, organizaciones con las que SERVIR viene articulando acciones para fortalecer el servicio civil y acercar la rector\u00eda del sistema administrativo de gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos a las
