Desde hace d\u00e9cadas los habitantes de la regi\u00f3n de Coquimbo y de la provincia argentina de San Juan vienen escuchando sobre el proyecto del t\u00fanel internacional de Agua Negra, una megaobra que promete unir ambos territorios durante los 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o sin importar las inclemencias de la Cordillera de Los Andes.
