La decisi\u00f3n fue adoptada luego de que los magistrados declararan infundado el recurso de apelaci\u00f3n presentado por la defensa t\u00e9cnica de la sentenciada, ratificando as\u00ed la resoluci\u00f3n emitida el 27 de febrero de 2026 por el Quinto Juzgado Unipersonal Permanente de San Juan de Lurigancho, sede Santa Rosa.
