Mediante un oficio dirigido al presidente del Congreso, el exalcalde de Lima, Rafael L\u00f3pez Aliaga, reiter\u00f3 su decisi\u00f3n de no integrar la C\u00e1mara Alta y solicit\u00f3 comunicar al Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE) el retiro de su credencial como senador.
Este pedido se da luego de que el JEE de Lima Centro declarara improcedente su candidatura como regidor de Lima al mantener la condici\u00f3n de senador. En esa l\u00ednea, el \u00f3rgano electoral advirti\u00f3 que su negativa al cargo \u00abno puede entenderse alterada por la sola manifestaci\u00f3n de voluntad del referido candidato\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como medida para no integrar la C\u00e1mara Alta, L\u00f3pez Aliaga decidi\u00f3 no presentar documentos obligatorios exigidos por el Congreso para la incorporaci\u00f3n de los nuevos parlamentarios. La fecha l\u00edmite para entregar las declaraciones juradas de ingresos, bienes y rentas venci\u00f3 el 30 de junio.
