El Ilustre Colegio de Abogados del Cusco (ICAC), representado por su decano Franz Chevarr\u00eda Montesinos, interpuso ante el Tribunal Constitucional una demanda de inconstitucionalidad parcial contra la recientemente promulgada Ley 32735. El gremio advierte que la norma, aprobada por el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, vulnera gravemente el orden constitucional al expandir de manera irregular la jurisdicci\u00f3n militar-policial en perjuicio de la justicia ordinaria (Poder Judicial).
