La investigaci\u00f3n fue impulsada por el Tercer Despacho de la Fiscal\u00eda Provincial Corporativa Especializada en Delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n de Funcionarios del Callao, a cargo del fiscal provincial Wils Anselmo Hugo Gonzales Morales.
