La Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n de la Libre Competencia (DLC) del Indecopi inici\u00f3 un procedimiento administrativo sancionador de oficio contra cinco empresas y tres personas naturales por la presunta comisi\u00f3n de una pr\u00e1ctica anticompetitiva para establecer la variaci\u00f3n concertada de precios en el mercado de venta de pollo vivo por kilogramo en las regiones Lambayeque, La Libertad, Piura, \u00c1ncash y Cajamarca, por hechos ocurridos entre febrero de 2020 y marzo de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las empresas investigadas son Av\u00edcola Yugoslavia S.A.C., Molino La Perla S.A.C., T\u00e9cnica Av\u00edcola S.A., El Roc\u00edo S.A. y Chim\u00fa Agropecuaria S.A.
