La intervenci\u00f3n se produjo a solicitud del fiscal provincial Alexander P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez y la fiscal adjunta titular Rosmely Guill\u00e9n Cortez, con el apoyo de personal policial de la Direcci\u00f3n Contra la Corrupci\u00f3n (Dircocor).
